Returns, Shipping & Tax

  

Items are generally shipped within three (3) to five (5) business days after receipt of your payment (unless otherwise stated).  Weekends and Holidays are not considered business days.  Id tags and collars are the only items that are shipped outside the United States.  Canadian residents, please contact us prior to purchasing products other than id tags and collars.

Indiana law requires all Indiana residents to add 6% sales tax.

We ship via UPS or USPS. We are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight as well as the origin and destination zip codes of each order.

Keep in mind that UPS rounds up to the nearest pound so 4oz or 15oz cost the same to ship. 16oz to 31oz would also cost the same (Billed as 2lbs). You should also note that some very large but light items will be charged a dimensional weight. The explanation for dimensional weights is listed on the UPS site. Some items require additional shipping & handling charges. “UPS Oversize” rates are determined by package size. If a package is 84” to 108” in length and girth combined, UPS charges an “Oversized” package rate of 30 lbs (even if it weighs significantly less than 30 lbs); If a package is 109” to 165” in length and girth combined, UPS charges an “Oversized” package rate of 70 lbs. UPS includes $100.00 insurance on all shipments.

In addition, USPS items are not insured.  UPS packages are insured to $100.00.  We assume no responsibility for USPS packages that are damaged during transit.

RETURN POLICIES

We hope that you are satisfied with the merchandise that you purchase from us.  However, in the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within five (5) days of receipt of the product.  Merchandise that is being returned must not have been used and must be in re-saleable condition in order to receive a full refund.  All original packaging, tags, paperwork, invoices, warranties etc. must be returned with the merchandise in order to receive a full refund. Partial returns, used items or return of items due to normal wear and tear will not receive a refund.  Products returned without original packaging, tags, paperwork, invoices, warranties, etc. or in non resalable condition will not be credited.  Refunds will be credited in three (3) to seven (7) business days of receipt of merchandise.   All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.  All refunds are subject to approval. 

RED DINGO, GINA DEUTMAN MEMORIALS & STATUARY, BOBBI PANTER, MELIA , FANTASTIC VENT, GARDEN FLAGS, MELIA BOWLS AND PURRRFECT PET PRODUCTS HAVE SEPARATE RETURN POLICIES AND DO NOT APPLY TO THE ABOVE RETURN POLICY (See below).

Unfortunately, not all items can be refunded or returned.  Shipping on purchases and shipping on returns are non-refundable unless the item being returned is not the item you purchased.  Should this occur, shipping will be refunded only on the item that is returned, not on your entire order.  COD's cannot be accepted.  Grand Paws Unlimited cannot be responsible for items damaged during shipping.  Refunds for items damaged during shipment should be addressed with the courier. 

Health and welfare concerns prohibit us from accepting returns on foods, hygiene products, medicines, treats, vaccines, vitamins, etc.  Items that are personalized, embroidered, monogrammed, stenciled, engraved, etc. are considered hand-made, custom items and therefore cannot be returned. 

We also carry products that require manufacturers to handle their own replacements or refunds. Should you find that you need to return one of this items, please follow the instructions contained with your purchase.  If you do not have this information, we will provide you the manufacturers email or phone number, so you may contact them.

RED DINGO ID TAG RETURN POLICY

Red Dingo will replace a tag free of charge if the details engraved on the tag are incorrect and/or differ from the information written on the tag order form or if the tag is faulty and/or damaged. Please follow the procedure outlined on the card which was sent to you with your purchase. Red Dingo will not refund any products, they will only replace the item. Red Dingo reserves the right to exercise its own discretion.
